These beautiful knives from Zwilling will take care of just about all your cheese cutting and serving needs. They make a great gift, too. Each features a stainless-steel blade and a brushed stainless handle with a comfortable, ergonomic shape. The shortest of the three knives, the 2.5" hard cheese knife, is the tool of choice for cutting hard cheeses such as Parmesan. The 5" medium-hard knife features two prongs at the end of the blade for spearing and serving cheese slices. With the large holes in the blade, the 5.25" soft cheese knife cuts through those soft cheeses with a minimum of sticking. Hand washing recommended.
