You may well ask, what does "neuro-fuzzy" mean? In practical terms, it means a rice cooker that "thinks" for itself, in order to deliver perfect rice every time. Conventional rice cookers simply turn on and off in reaction to temperature. The “fuzzy logic” of the Neuro-Fuzzy rice cooker features a thermal sensor, a small round button at the bottom of the inner body of the cooker. As the inner pan’s weight rests on and activates this sensor,  it monitors both the temperature and time during the cooking process and adjusts both accordingly. The Neuro-Fuzzy comes with a spherical inner cooking pan with stay cool side handles that provides even heating for better cooking, with a melody or beep audio indicator to indicate when the cooking cycle has ended. It also features a detachable and washable inner lid, an easy-to-read LCD control panel, automatic keep warm, extended keep warm and reheating cycles, a delay timer with two settings, and a built-in retractable power cord.
