Over the years, we've been big fans of Zojirushi appliances. Whether they're rice cookers or bread makers, Zojirushi appliances consistently produce excellent results with great consistency and reliability. The Gourmet Sizzler griddle offers an extra-large cooking surface (19" x 12.5") with a titanium-reinforced non-stick surface. That's big. And the cooking temperature is adjustable, with a rotary dial, from keep-warm (176 degrees F) to a sizzling 425 degrees F. The keep-warm setting let's you use the Zojirushi griddle to keep food warm on a buffet table, especially with the full-size lid that helps retain heat and speed cooking. The temperature probe clicks in and out, and the cooking plate and heating element lift out of the body guard, so the griddle is easy to clean; both the cooking plate and the body guard are fully immersible. A stainless-steel turner is included. Overall dimensions are 23.5" x 15".
