A couple of years ago, America's Test Kitchen rated this as their top cutting board. It's made from edge-grain, sustainable teak harvested only in FSC-certified forests. Teak is an extremely hard and dense wood, and it’s high oil content makes it very moisture resistant. The small, 8" x 8" size of this board makes it ideal on a bar, or at the cabin, on the boat, or in your camping gear. It's flat on one side and features a juice moat on the other, making it even more versatile. The teakhause bar board measures 8" x 8" x 3/4".
