This kit includes the molds and tools that make home sushi-making easy. Three molds are included, one to make large sushi (futo-maki) with multiple fillings, a second for smaller sushi (hoso-maki with a single filling, and a third for non-traditional heart-shaped sushi. Each mold makes 8-9 sushi. The kit also includes a slotted rice paddle and a spatula. Hand washing is recommended for the sushi molds.
