Smithey Ironware 12" Grill Pan

Smithey's square grill pan is perfect or year-round grilling, indoors or out. The pan’s wide, raised interior ridges create deep, attractive grill marks, while the polished peaks release food with ease. The diagonal ridge layout lets you easily achieve beautiful cross-hatch patterns by rotating food in simple 90 degree turns. It measures 12"-square at the top, with a 9.4" x 9.4" cooking surface, a depth of 2", and a span of 15" from handle to handle. It's poured and cast in the U.S. from U.S.-sourced iron, and is compatible with stovetops of all kinds, even on a grill or over a fire. It comes to you pre-seasoned and needs only an occasional light sheen of oil to keep it in top condition. Hand wash only.
