By far the easiest way to get rid of annoying garlic skins is to roll garlic cloves in this silicone peeler. Put 1-3 cloves in the peeler, and roll it under pressure with your palm. The skins will crack and stick to the walls of the peeler, leaving behiind clean cloves.
