By far the easiest way to get rid of annoying garlic skins is to roll garlic cloves in this silicone peeler. Put 1-3 cloves in the peeler, and roll it under pressure with your palm. The skins will crack and stick to the walls of the peeler, leaving behiind clean cloves. The hard, pointed green end is for separating individual garlic cloves from the bulb. 8" long, dishwasher safe.
