IWe believe that all kitchens should have a non-stick pan, but that pan will benefit from a few simple tips: 1) Don't overheat it by using high heat, especially if the pan is empty. 2) Despite what the instructions may say, using metal utensils will make marks in the surface.Those marks are not flaws, and they won't harm you nor the non-stick properties of the pan, but if those marks bother you, better to use silicone or wood utensils. 3) Despite what the instructions may say, it's best if you wash non-stick pans by hand, not in the dishwasher. They'll last longer. It's not hard to clean them by hand; they are non-stick, after all.
