The Lana pedestal extension table is made of solid maple as is all Saloom furniture, and starts with a 48" round top that extends to 48" x 65.5" with the addition of a single leaf. It's available to order in an extensive variety of stain, finish and edge options. Saloom table tops are made using the highest grade of solid maple hardwood, with a high performance catalyzed conversion varnish top coat. This finish provides moisture control and water and chemical resistance. Expert finishers hand apply Saloom's deluxe multi-step finishes. Solid brass leaf pins on table leaves insure precise alignment of table halves and leaf. Leaf gap covers give a clean appearance with no empty gaps in the table apron. Most tables will self store one leaf underneath the table top.
