If you have a gas stove, this is the wok for you. The traditional, round-bottom shape is the optimal design for high-heat stir-frying and works in tandem with the stabilizer ring for great performance. The wok of made of thick recycled, carbon steel for durability and rapid head conduction, and measures 12" diameter. The stay-cool handle is made of solid rubberwood, and the stabilizer ring is aluminum. This wok will require initial seasoning and will, over time, acquire a natural patina that will minimize sticking. A recipe booklet and a 13" bamboo wok spatula are included.
