If you live in a particularly windy area, this is the patio umbrella base for you. It weighs 120 lbs., making it extremely difficult for high winds to move or tip it. We recommend in particularly for our 8' x 10' rectangular umbrellas. Four locking casters make it easier to move without lifting, while keeping it and the umbrella securely in place. The dual stem system lets you use the shorter stem for under-table applications, and the taller stem to give added stability to free-standing umbrellas. The base measures 20.25" x 20.25".
