This nicely styled machine from Progressive functions quite well. The hardened rollers turn smoothly, the roller adjustments are precise, and the machine clamps securely to the counter. The Progressive pasta maker will make fettucine, linguine and pasta sheets that can be cut up for lasagna. The kneading, thinning and cutting are accomplished by adjusting the rollers through the seven available positions as needed. The machine is all metal and employs a "C" clamp to hold in place to a counter or work table. Complete instructions and recipes are included.
