It's made from Tahitian vanilla beans crafted into an extract by Portland Syrups and blended with organic cane sugar and a touch of brown sugar for a luscious, creamy sweetness. For coffee drinks, use roughly half an ounce for the perfect hint of sweetness and an incredible depth of flavor. For cocktails, this syrup pairs well with whiskey, vodka, rum, kahlua, cordials and after-dinner drinks. For sodas, these syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water to create a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness. Each 3-oz. bottle provides 6 servings and is shelf stable unopened for 24 months. Afer opening, the syrup will keep refrigerated for 6 months.
