OXO Tofu Press

The OXO tofu press makes it easy to create firm tofu that crisps up when cooked. It features a rigid plate that presses tofu evenly for consistent results, and has two pressing strengths to customize tofu to your perferred firmness. On the first setting, most water will be pressed out of your tofu block after 15 minutes; to press out even more water, move on to the second setting. The clear body of the OXO press lets you check on the progress, while the design keeps the tofu out of the extracted water. It's another example of OXO's commitment to thoughtful, practical design. The streamlined construction makes the press easy to disassemble for thorough cleaning and reassemble for use. DIshwasher safe, 6.5" x 4.5" x 5" high.
