It lets you create three different sizes of vegetable noodles in a snap, from zucchini "pasta" to beet salad to potatoes au gratin. The OXO triple-blade spiralizer comes with three interchangeable, stainless-steel blades; 1/8" spaghetti, 1/4" fettuccine and a ribbon cutter, all of which store on board. The open-blade design accommodates both long and wide vegetables, from carrots to potatoes, and the food holder keeps you hands safely out of the way. The food holder's design makes it easy to grip while you're turning, right down to the end of the vegetables to minimize waste. The triple-blades spiralizer is dishwasher safe and BPA-free, and the food holder acts as a cap for safe storage. 8.7" tall with all the blades and the holder in place.
