Dreamfarm has come up with another innovative take on an essential kitchen tool, the grater. The Ograte speed grater features two grating surfaces, with the grating blades lined up in different directions on each side. One side is for conventional, up-and-down, both ways grating of things like cheese and cabbage, the other side has the blades aligned for a continuous circular grating motion for vegetables like carrots and zucchini. The circular side has a raised lip all the way around to make it easy to grate in a circle. Both sides feature razor-shapr 6mm, stainless-steel grating blades, and a non-slip foot provides stability as well as acting as a scraper to move grated food into a bow or pan. A snap-on cover makes for safe storage in a drawer. The Ograte measures 10.25" long and is dishwasher safe.
