This V-shaped rack elevates food above fat drippings and juices to allow even heat circulation and all-over browning. It's made from heavyweight, non-stick coated steel wire, is oven and broiler safe to 500° F, and measures 16" x 10.25" x 4". The V-shape cradles food securely, the reinforced handles make for easy transfer in and out of the oven, and the reinforced footed base supports heavier food as well as adding stability during use.
