Made of solid beechwood, this double-ended tamper helps you achieve professional crusts. One end measures 1.75" in diameter, the other 1.375". Simply dust the tamping end with flour and press gently into your crust to adhere the dough to the bottom and sides of your pan, and to neaten the edges of the crust. Hand wash only as needed.
