Here's the best pie crust bag we've seen. It's made of naturally non-stick silicone, so dough releases easily from the bag, and so the bag won't move around on the counter when you're rolling out your dough. It's great for pie crust dough, as well as cookie, pastry, pizza and pasta doughs. It features measurement rings of 6", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12", and 14" diameters, and it's transparent, so your dough shows clearly through the bag. Plus, there's a zippered closure that keeps excess flour and dough inside the bag while you work. To use, just place your dough in the center of the bag, zip it up and roll out your dough. To get your dough in your baking dish, unzip the bag and place the dish upside-down centered on the dough. Then, gently holding the bag and the dish together, flip them over and carefully peel the bag away from the dough. To clean up the bag, either wash by hand in warm, soapy water, or place on the top rack of your dishwasher. Allow to dry thoroughly before zipping up for storage.
