These stainless-steel forms make it easy to make your own cannoli. Simply roll out pastry dough, cut it into circles, wrap around the forms. Then carefully lower the forms into hot oil, and cook as directed. Allow to cool before removing the shells and filling with cannoli cream. Each stainless-steel form measures 3.5" long and .625" in diameter. Dishwasher safe.
