This Microplane mini slicer features a V-shped, stainless-steel blade to quickly and easily slice eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries, and other soft foods (not recommended for tough root vegetables like carrots and potatoes). You can slice thin (a tenth of an inch, perfect of air fryer chips), medium, or thick (half and ince), by simply flipping over the deck, or by removing the deck entirely. A large capacity food holder with a hand guard keeps food aligned over the blade for better control, and also protects your fingers when slicing small ingredients. Plus, there's a soft-grip handle for comfort and a non-slip end to keep the slicer in place on a cutting board or in a bowl. For added safety, the slicer includes a blade cover for safe storage.
