The Microplane dual grater, with its tent-shaped grating surface, gives you both a fine and a coarse grater in one tool. The fine side is perfect for zesting citrus fruit or grating various hard spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, and also for Parmesan and other hard cheeses, as well as chocolate. Use the coarse side for grating all kinds of vegetables, fruits, and cheeses, as well as chocolate, coconut, and nuts. Microplane graters have become a staple in our kitchens. Their superior performance and ease of use have made them the grater of choice.
