These little knives are perfect for small jobs in the kitchen and, with their protective sheaths, perfect to take on the road. They're made in Portugal with one-piece, stamped, stainless-steel blades that take a sharp edge and resist corrosion. The 2.5" green bird's beak parer has a "reverse" curved blade ideal for round vegetables. The 3" orange clip point parer has an angled nose and a slightly curved blade that works well peeling and coring foods or mincing and cutting small items. The 4.5" red serrated tomato knife slices food that has a tough exterior and a softer middle, such as tomatoes or salami. Each knife comes with a matching plastic sheath for safe storage.
