The meat grinder attachment works with your Ankarsrum Assistent in its horizontal position. Attach the grinder, turn on your mixer and you can grind meat, poultry, fish, even beans using any of the 4 grinding discs that feature holes in 2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, and 8mm diameters. You can even make sausage using the 3 sausage horns in 10mm, 20mm and 25mm sizes. A feeder tray, a feeder plug and a splash guard are included.
