The Made In stainless-steel roasting pan is made in Italy out of 3 layers of clad metals, featuring a pure aluminum core for rapid, uniform heat conduction. The interior and exterior of the pan are stainless steel, as are the extra-large, loop handles. Big enough to hold a 24-lb. turkey, the Made In roasting pan measures 18.35" x 12.5" and comes with a U-shaped, stainless-steel roasting rack that elevates food above fat and juices. Made In stainless-steel cookware performs superbly in the oven up to 800° F, and on gas, electric, magnetic induction, and ceramic stovetops. It's also dishwasher safe.
