The proprietary, hollow, stainless-steel handles stay cool to the touch during most cooking. Made In ceramic-non-stick, stainless-steel cookware performs superbly on gas, electric, magnetic induction, and ceramic stovetops, and is oven-safe to 500° F. Hand wash only.
