The Made In carbon-steel griddle is made in Sweden from professional-grade 4m carbon steel, and is a much lighter (it weighs only 10 lbs.), much more heat-responsive alternative to cast iron. Designed to mimic the best features of a restaurant flat-top, the Made In griddle transitions seamlessly from grill to stovetop, and is designed to fit over two stove burners to create two separate heat zones. It features an 8.5" x 17.5" cooking surface with sloping sides to contain excess oil and grease, and the distinctive welded handles provide the proper ergonomics for lifting and carrying. It comes to you with 2 heat treatments of bassao, coconut and sunflower oils that provide a naturally non-stick cooking surface that is easily maintained. The overall dimensions of the Made In griddle are 10.5" x 24". Hand washing is a must.
