Here's the easiest way we've found to make Linzer, or thumbprint, cookies.Simply follow your favorite shortbread recipe, and roll out your dough to 1/2" thick. Then, press on the outer edge of a cutter to cut out a cookie, and depress the plunger to create the design on the top of the cookie. After that, you just fill the center with chocolate, jam, citrus curd, or caramel, and bake! The set of four different designs includes a star, a circle, a square, and a heart. BPA-free, FDA-safe plastic and stainless steel, top rack dishwasher safe.
