Le Creuset's Toughened Non-Stick PRO cookware is made of forged, hard-anodized aluminum for extremely rapid and uniform heat conduction across the entire pan. In addition, there's a stanless-steel disk bonded to the bottom of each pan, so Toughened Non-Stick PRO pans perform beautifully on induction stovetops, as well as on gas, electric and ceramic. TNS PRO pans are finished, inside and out, with a triple-reinforced, textured, PFOA-free, non-stick coating. This extremely strong surface is ideal for browning, is safe in the oven and dishwasher, easily wipes clean, and is safe for use with metal utensils. It's really a top-grade non-stick surface. The tempered glass lids let you see what's cooking and are safe in the oven up to 425 degres F (the pans without a lid are good in the oven up to 500 degrees F). The rivited, stainless-steel handles are ergonomically designed for comfort and safe handling, and they stay relatively cool to the touch.
