The golden shimmer of Flamme Dorée is created by natural minerals, much like the luminous streaks found in certain stones and rock formations. Through an innovative process and years of testing, Le Creuset combined layers of color with these light-catching minerals, adding depth and dimension to the finish while creating a vibrant, radiant sparkle. This amazing colors is highlighted by a welded stainless steel knob with a light gold finish available exclusively in Flamme Dorée.

The Le Creuset enameled cast iron braiser is uniquely designed to provide steady, even heat to transform tough cuts of meat and hearty vegetables into tender, flavorful dishes.
