Le Creuset's enameled cast iron Everyday Pan has a wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying, to one pan meals, simmering sauces and more; it essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it easy to stir, flip and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. The Everyday Pan measures 15" x 13.5" x 2.5" high and has a capacity of 3.4 qts. Crafted from Le Creuset's legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance, and develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.
