Easy-to-clean and durable, the enamel resists dulling, staining, chipping, cracking and rusting, and over time develops a patina that will enhance cooking performance. It’s perfectly sized to accommodate a large pizza, with superior heat distribution for a crispy crust. Oversized, raised loop handles make it easy to maneuver the pan on the grates, even with bulky grill gloves, yet the low-profile design allows grill hoods to close without interferance.
