This 8"-dia. mini wok makes stir-frying quick and easy. Made from 1.2mm carbon steel with a 2-layer non-stick coating inside and out, it's lightweight and easy to handle, perfect for stir-fries for one or two people. It features a flat bottom that ensures that it fits on most hobs, whether gas, electric or ceramic (not suitable for magnetic induction stoves). The carbon steel offers great heat conduction, making it ideal for high heat, high speed cooking whilst ensuring the temperature remains consistent throughout. The long wooden handle doesn't get hot and ensures that this little wok is easy to carry and perfectly balanced. To help prolong the integrity of the non-stick coating, use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils rather than metal which can scratch. Hand wash only.
