Celebrated chef and author Ken Hom has deisgned this durable, dishwasher-safe, non-stick wok. It features a flat bottom, so it works on electric and magnetic-induction stovetops, as well as on gas. The flat bottom also ensures that the wok remains stable while you're cooking. It's made of 1.5 mm carbon steel that can stand up to high-heat stir-frying; with 3 layers of durable, non-stick coating, both inside and outside on the pan. The carbon steel ensures uniform and rapid heat distribution. The solid phenolic handle is attached to the pan with multiple rivets, and there's a helper handle for easy lifting. This wok is dishwasher safe.
