Joyce Chen Classic 14" Wok

This is your basic, hard-working wok, made of 1.5mm carbon steel that can handle the highest heat you throw at it. It features a flat bottom, so it's stable on any stovetop without a wok ring. And, since it's made of carbon steel, it works beautifully on induction stovetops, in addition to gas and electric. You'll need to season it, so that it aquires that blackened patina that leats food stir and release easily, and it must be hand-washed with hot water only and wiped dry. The hande is solid wood, so it stays cool when cooking.
