The Boos 4 Cooks boards are a full 1" thick, and feature rounded corners and chamfered edges for a softer, sleeker appearance. Hand grips recessed into each short side make them easy to handle. The cutting surfaces - the boards are reversible - are made of edge-grain walnut for a beautiful look, and are finished with John Boos Board Cream that includes beeswax. 12" x 8" x 1".
