Hasselback potatoes are a Swedish invention that transforms the humble baked potato. A single potato is sliced into thin wedges left joined at the bottom, and baked until the layers fan out into rounds of crispy bliss. This handy kit makes it easy to do the potato slicing. Just insert the 18/8 stainless-steel slicing teeth into your potato, then cut in between the guides to the top edge of the tray. After that, you simply fan open the potato, fill with toppings if you want and bake. You get a beautiful potato with a crispy, golden outside and a soft creamy inside. The tray and the handle are made of BPA-free polypropylene and the parts are dishwasher safe.
