Called the Switch because of its dual brewing capabilities, this glass dripper from Hario is a hybrid. A stainless-steel-ball valve lets you decide when to let coffee flow from the dripper. That gives you the choice of a standard pour-over brew with the switch left open, or an immersion cup of coffee with a flows that begins only after you open the valve. The Hario Switch accommodates Hario's 02 size V60 paper filters (a package of 40 filters is included with the set), and with a silicone base, sits on a borosilicate glass server that has a capacity of just over 10 ozs.
