Thes professional-quality grignette is made of stainless-steel with a beechwood handle and is perfectly balanced for precise cutting. The razor-sharp, stainless-steel blades score the dough without causing damage or undue compression to the loaf and are easily interchangable on the grignette. Included are 15 blades.
