This diamond-infused ceramic coating is PFAS and PFOA free, and it's made from a material derived from beach sand, so there’s no risk of producing harmful fumes. And, if you don't want to simply wipe it out when done, your Valencia Pro skillet will go right in the dishwasher.
Second, Valencia Pro pans feature unique bases that deliver uniform heat distribution, enabling the skillets to sear like a dream on all cooking surfaces: induction, gas, electric, halogen or ceramic. These stay-flat bases are designed to flex when they’re heated, meaning oil stays where you put it, so you can use less. And the design of the sloping walls means Valencia Pro skillets offer more cooking surfaces than many comparably sized pans. The stainless-steel handles are wide and comfortable in the hand.
