Perhaps the easiest and fastest way to grate, the ceramic Grate Plate will not cut your fingers or knuckles like traditional metal graters can do. The grating surface is easy on your hands, making it finger-friendly. Made of durable, dishwasher safe stoneware the Grate Plate is easy to clean. Use it to finely grate garlic, ginger root, nutmeg, chocolate, pickles for relish, hard cheeses, and more into a fine puree that unlocks all the flavor. The Grate Plate comes with a silicone garlic peeler that removes those pesky garlic skins by simply rolling a garlic clove back and forth with gentle pressure. Also included is a brush for removing grated food from the plate. The Grate Plate measures 4.5” x 4.5”.
