This kit from the King Arthur Baking Company makes it easy to create a real gingerbread house. The 3-pc. set includes 1 each front/back, roof, and side cutters that cut out the 2 sides, 2 roofs, and 2 fronts/backs that are needed to make the house. When assembled, the house measures 4" x 4.5". The spring-loaded lever in each cutter cuts, stamps, and releases detailed shapes using roll-out cookie dough from your favorite recipe. Chill the dough at least 30 minutes before rolling and dust the cutters in flour to keep dough from sticking between cuts. Once the cut house cookie pieces are baked and completely cooled, assemble them into a house using icing to hold them together, then decorate to your heart's content.
