You'll like this turner; we've used it a lot and it's just really good, the tool you reach for all the time, especially with non-stick cookware. The 7.5"-long handle is stainless steel with a soft Santoprene grip. The blade is flexible nylon with a sharp edge, so it slides under food with ease. The nylon is heat-safe to 400 degrees F, so you're good for all types of stovetop cooking and of course, the turner goes in the dishwasher without a problem. The blade on the mini turner measures 2" wide and 3.25" long and makes a great brownie spatula.
