Eucalyptus is an ideal wood for outdoor furniture, with the same properties as teak, at a fraction of the price. It's dense, heavy, durable, and packed full of oils that help it weather well in nearly all climates. In addition, eucalyptus is decay-resistant and features a light, straight grain. This eucalyptus is FSC certified for responsible forestry practices, and is plantation grown. Like teak, you can allow eucalyptus to weather naturally to a silvery-grey color, or you can maintain the original color of the umber stain with regular applications of teak or linseed oil. The seat and back are made of synthetic, weather-proof wicker. 25" x 23.5" x 37.5" high.
