Epicurean Bench Scraper

The Epicurean bench scraper is perfect for scraping and scooping, and doubles as an excellent dough knife. It's made from Richlite, an environmentally-friendly, natural-wood-fiber, composite laminate. For more than 40 years, Richlite has been a surface preferred by chefs in restaurants and commercial kitchens worldwide. The Richlite material is non-porous and bacteria resistant, National Sanitary Foundation approved for commercial use and dishwasher safe. It's even temperature-resistant up to 350 degrees F. The Epicurean bench scraper measures 4" x 6" and is 3/16" thick.
