It features a newly-redesigned housing, plus the latest evolution of Baratza's 40mm burr sets, plus a quieter, longer-lasting gearbox. The Encore offers 40 separate and repeatable grind settings, so it will create the correct grind for your Chemex, your drip machine and your espresso maker.
