Empanada Press Set/3

This set of presses makes it easy to cut and seal dough for making authentic empanadas, dumplings, appetizers, calzones, stromboli, desserts, pastries, pocket sandwiches, turnovers and other pocket-style foods and pastries. The set includes 3.25”, 4”, and 5” presses. Simply roll out your dough to the desired thickness, then use the flat edge of the desired size press to cut a perfect circle of dough. Turn the press over, lay the cut dough over the teeth, and gently form a well in the center. Spoon filling into the well, moisten dough edges with water, and fold the press closed to crimp and seal the pastry. Bake, fry, or steam the filled pastry according to the recipe. The presses are dishwasher safe and fold closed for compact storage.
