That motor is controlled by electronic touch pad controls, with 7 speeds to blend, purée, chop, mix, liquefy, and crush ice, all at the push of a button. These blender functions happen inside the glass, 48-oz. blender jar utilizing the ultra-sharp, stainless-steel blade assembly. Switch over to the 3-cup food processor attachment and you can slice fruits and vegetables, shred cheese and process food using the slicing/shredding disk and the stainless-steel chopping blade. The food processor attachment features a feed tube and pusher for easy, continuous operation.
