Versatility is the name of the Griddler's game: it's a full grill, a full griddle, a half griddle/half grill, a panini press, and a contact grill. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, burgers for dinner; the Griddler can do them all, with two 11" x 9" reversible, non-stick grill/griddle plates that heat quickly and evenly from edge to edge. The plates drain fat into a removable drip tray and are dishwasher safe for easy clean up. Heat and function are controlled by simple rotary dials on the front panel, from 200° F- 425° F, and from low to sear.
