Cuisinart's EvolutionX is the cordless hand blender with the power you need to blend soups, create smoothies, make salad dressings, whip cream and egg whites, chop nuts, and a whole lot more. It's powered by a 7.4-volt, fully rechargable, lithium-ion battery that drives the motor via a one-touch button through low to high blending speeds. The stainless-steel blending/chopping shaft and blades easily come off the power handle, so you can attach the stainless-steel whisk for whipping cream and egg whites. With a full charge, the EvolutionX offers up to 20 minutes of continuous run time; a full charge takes only about 2 hours via the included USB cord and power adapter. The EvolutionX comes with a 30-oz. mixing/measuring cup that features markings in English and metric units, complete instructions and a recipe book. The blending shaft is 8.25" long, the entire unit measures 16.25".
